Returns & Exchanges
You can return your order within 30 days of the purchase date.
To start a return, email us at hello@gleamey.com with your order number, full name and shipping address.
Once your return is approved, we’ll send full instructions, including the return address.
Items must be unused, unworn and unwashed, returned in the original packaging with all tags attached.
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different size or colour, please place a new order for the desired item and return the original for a refund.

If you’ve already received a replacement and wish to return it, the same 30-day period applies from the date of delivery.
Please contact hello@gleamey.com before sending it back so we can register your return correctly.
Orders & Cancellations
If your order hasn’t yet been processed or shipped, we’ll do our best to make changes or cancel it.
Please contact hello@gleamey.com as soon as possible, including your order number and any details that need to be updated.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, we can’t alter it, but you can return the item after delivery following our return process.
Delivery & Tracking
If you’ve entered an incorrect or incomplete address, email hello@gleamey.com immediately.
We can update your details only if the parcel hasn’t yet been shipped.
If it has already been dispatched, we’ll liaise with the courier to find a solution.
Additional costs to resend the parcel may apply if incorrect details were provided.

If you still haven’t received an order confirmation within a few hours, contact hello@gleamey.com and we’ll resend it right away.
Check with neighbours or household members first, as couriers sometimes deliver nearby.
If it still can’t be located, email hello@gleamey.com with your order number and we’ll open an investigation with the courier.
Sizing
Each product page includes a detailed size guide showing both UK and EU conversions to help you choose the correct fit.
We recommend reviewing the chart carefully before placing your order, as sizing may vary slightly between styles.

If your item doesn’t fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery as long as it’s unworn and in original condition.

Our authorised partners, including Shopify Payments and PayPal, are PCI DSS compliant, meaning your data is handled in accordance with the highest global security standards.
Gleamey never stores or has access to your full card details; all sensitive information is processed securely by our payment providers.
Your payment is processed immediately after checkout.
Once successful, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.
