Shipping Policy
Order Cancellation
Please be aware that once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled as it begins processing immediately. However, once your order arrives, you may contact our support team to initiate the return process. After you return your order, we can process a refund.
Priority + Insured Shipping
If you've selected Priority + Insured shipping, you will have the option to reship your order or receive a refund if the order is lost in transit. If you used "Free Shipping" or "Priority Processing," we will reship your package if it is lost during transit.
Lost/Missing Packages
Gleamey is not liable if an incorrect address is provided during checkout. Please ensure your billing and shipping addresses are correct before processing your order. If we make an error, we will take full responsibility for the original order at no charge.
Customs
We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may incur customs fees upon arrival in your country.
Shipping Time
Shipping time varies by location. Our estimates are:
- Standard Shipping: 5-15 business days.
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 3 days. We source our products from several vendors in the US, Europe, and Asia, allowing us to offer wholesale prices and high-quality products with good design. Because we ship from multiple warehouses, the ETA is 5-15 working days for items that may ship from international warehouses. We will email you a tracking number once your order has shipped.
- Max delivery time: 20 business days (excluding 2-3 day processing time and clearance/customs delays).
Tracking Information
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped, but sometimes, due to free shipping, tracking may not be available.
My Tracking Says “No Information Available at the Moment”
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
